Dear Mr. Jacusso, Sunshine O'Donovan, Cast , Crew and Lower Nicola First Nations people,
My name is Daniela, I'm 14 years old and I live in Mexico City.
I watched your film at the Children's International Film Festival organized by La Matatena.
And I really, really, really loved your film. For me, it has everything a good film should have: good music, a moving story, skilled actors, amazing setting and what I love the most is how Shana grows up and finds herself. At this age, we need things like this film to make the coming of age easier. Also it made me have a different perspective about the world and know more about the First Nations.
Much love and many congrats,
Daniela Matsumoto
P.S. Your film won at this festival for best film from the audience voting.
